Logic Passage

  • 1 of 7: "A farmer had to get across a river carrying a chicken, a fox, and a ..."
  • 2 of 7: The white and black pieces must be moved from the left side of the board to the right.
  • 3 of 7: However, at no time can the number of black pieces at any of the three locations exceed the number of white pieces.  (They may, however, be the same.)
  • 4 of 7: Play with the pieces to become familiar with moving them.
  • 5 of 7: Keep careful count; they will unload themselves, and having more blacks than whites will restart the game.
  • 6 of 7: This puzzle is more tedious than puzzling.  Just give careful thought to never having more black pieces on any one spot than white pieces.
  • 7 of 7: SPECIAL NOTE: After solving the puzzles, be sure to turn and click on the chest to the right for a clue to another puzzle in the game.
