Jack the Ripper Hints
How historically accurate is the plot?
Well ... take it with a grain of salt, certainly. The ambience of 1901 New York is fairly accurate, as far as I can tell (except for the references to the World Series, which didn't start till 1903), and some of the case material about Jack is authentic (his letters to the police, for example). But none of the other characters are real people, and no New York killings were ever attributed to Jack.
