I'm having trouble walking from the Gate into the city!
After talking to Wallace, you will find a "walk" cursor at the bottom of the screen. Walk there.
You won't get one in the next screen, which is trimmed by a fence.
Click the cursor on the very right side of the screen. Ariane will move into a new screen.
