Journey to the Center of the Earth Hints
I'm stuck at the bookshelves and can't move!
This room is very small, and so many tables and things are in the way. The irritating "no cursor" doesn't help. This means you should trying clicking literally everywhere.
Look for places where the floor can be seen above the tables (sort of top-to-middle screen). See if Ariane will move there. Then click over to the right so she moves in front of the desk.
As one other gamer described it, "Just go to the far left corner, click on the first hot spot. Then quickly click at the end of the tables straight ahead and quickly again between the tables ... and wait. She will end up at the spot between the exit door and the desk."
