1 of 5: According to the document on Peter's table, the periscope is missing a lens and a mirror. You'll find both of them in Askiam.

You'll find a lens inside the back room of the Pet Store.

4 of 5: Cameras use mirrors.
5 of 5: Go talk to Ocine outside the front gate. Then go to the Tower and click on the camera to get the mirror.
