How can I prevent the monorail from stopping at the Academy?
1 of 4: If you know nothing about this, make sure you have answered the ringing telephone in the Market and followed up by going to talk to Enrique in the Communications Center.
2 of 4: He gave you the master key to the elevator leading to the monorail control center, so go there. (You don't need to use the key to open the gate.)
3 of 4: Look at the middle control panel. All of the lights are green.
