1 of 4: If there isn't a "Pill" topic, you have forgotten to do something.
2 of 4: Normally you must swallow aspirin with water. You have a container for water, but it's empty.
3 of 4: Your flask must be filled. Where have you seen some water?
4 of 4: Go back to the beach where you met Adam. Click the flask on the stream to fill it. (Check the flask in inventory to be sure it is full of water before you leave.)
