2 of 5: Once inside the basement, move down the stairs, then move Lydia forward, away from the bottom of the stairs.
3 of 5: You should see a new set of stairs. Move down these also.
4 of 5: From here, you should see another set of stairs leading down, just to the left (as seen on the screen) of the stairs Lydia just descended from. Move down this stairway also.
5 of 5: From here, move Lydia forward, then forward again. You should see some archways on Lydia's right side. Keep going until Lydia is facing a wall. This wall has a "magical lock" on it. This is the door to the wine cave.
