The Elder Scrolls IV: Knights of the Nine Hints
Combat Tip
1 of 5: If the skeleton pirates are too powerful for you, like if you're playing on the highest difficulty setting, then get their attention one at a time and lead them outside.
2 of 5: They may get stuck in the tunnel in the Smuggler's Cave if you run to the door that leads outside fast enough.
3 of 5: If not, go outside and swim away from the door. When the skeleton(s) come out after you, they'll usually just stand next to the door instead of pursuing you.
4 of 5: This allows you to approach them when you're ready to attack, and then retreat to heal up whenever necessary.
5 of 5: If you get onto the nearby island so that you can use ranged spells and weapons against them, they may start moving around, but they probably won't be able to go very far. Skeletons are very bad swimmers!
