Bartering Tips
1 of 3: Before you buy anything from Aurelinwae, make the combined Charm and Fortify Mercantile spell that I describe in the Spellmaking Tips of the main Oblivion hint file if you haven't already made it.
2 of 3: Using that spell on her will allow you to set the "haggle" setting to the max!
3 of 3: Note that if you don't have access to the Arcane University's spellmaking center, you can buy one box of magetallow candles from Aurelinwae and use it to get Frostcrag Spire's spellmaking altar going.
