What upgrades are available?
1 of 9: After you have the captain's quarters (now *your* quarters) upgraded, there'll be some new container items in there.
2 of 9: Check the chest at the foot of the bed to find a key.
3 of 9: It'll open the door in the Smuggler's Cave that leads to the secret passage in Castle Anvil's Dining Hall.
4 of 9: The other upgrades have to do with people you can hire to live in your cove and offer services. They're summarized below.
5 of 9: After you buy all six upgrades, other pirates will hear about your "hearty" band and will come to the cove to sign up.
6 of 9: You can talk to any of these new pirates and tell them to head out and plunder.
7 of 9: A week later, you'll get a journal entry saying that they're back.
8 of 9: You can now go to the Captain's Quarters in the cove and claim your share of the loot (a leveled amount of gold) from the chest at the foot of the bed.
9 of 9: After they've had a day to rest, you can send them out again to get more.
