How do I get past the five gnomes?

  • 1 of 15: If you haven't done so already, visit each of the islands.  You might find some helpful objects in your travels.
  • 2 of 15: You need to trick each of the gnomes into thinking that you're not a man, Each uses one of the five senses, and only one sense.
  • 3 of 15: The five gnomes will disagree as to your identity, but as long as they don't notice that Alex is a man, you should be safe.
  • 4 of 15: Watch each of the gnomes to see which sense they will use.
  • 5 of 15: The next hints will list the general location of the item you need, and then the exact object.  Do not continue reading if you do not want the answers.

  • 11 of 15: The mint from the pawn shop
  • 12 of 15: Touch: On the Isle of the Crown
  • 13 of 15: The rabbit foot from the ferryman's table
  • 14 of 15: Sight: On the Isle of the Crown
  • 15 of 15: The invisible ink from outside the pawn shop.  (You may have to return to the village screen before the pawn shop owner dumps some items in a pot).
