1 of 6: This one requires either Explode or Sword.
2 of 6: In the hangar area, go to the far left and look for a silver crate. Explode it to get a sword -- or if you have a Sword character, just switch to him -- and use the sword to cut the red rope over the doors next to the silver box.
3 of 6: Inside, you can see the mailbox on a ledge on the back wall, and the parcel is on the top of an odd column in the middle of the room. But how to get up there?
4 of 6: Grab the rope hanging from the arms of the central column to start it spinning; drop off once it starts going.
5 of 6: Now all you have to do is climb up to the mailbox ledge, wait for the arm to come close, then jump over onto it. Walk into the center and grab the parcel, then drop to the floor and walk back up the ramp to the mailbox.
