What it does: Makes your health hearts fill back up by themselves. How to unlock: Find and mail the parcel on Battle on the Bridge. Cost: 150,000
Comment: A nice way to increase your life expectancy without going so far as to be invincible, and a nice reward for completing the second episode. Of course, it's only helpful when you're taking small hurts; it's no good against grenades or other things that empty out all your hearts at once.
