Invincibility
1 of 2: What it does: Makes your character invulnerable to attack. A fall will still kill you, but it won't cost you anything. How to unlock: Find and mail the parcel in Temple of the Grail. Cost: 1,000,000
Comment: I absolutely adore being invincible, let me tell you. It makes levels like Motorcycle Escape, where you're constantly being hammered by bazookas, far less frustrating and much more enjoyable.
2 of 2: The fastest I've ever managed to acquire this extra (without using a cheat code) was by playing Lost Temple and then all the levels of Last Crusade in Story mode, then doing Temple of the Grail in Free Play just long enough to pick up the parcel. I then played through three more levels of Raiders until I had enough studs to pick up my package and be Superman.
