1 of 2: When you reach the car part at the left, stop before you pick it up and start climbing.
2 of 2: Jump from that spot to the right, where you'll find a set of awnings. Jump up from awning to awning to find a chest high above the street. From here, drop back down to the left along this wall to go back to the car part.
