1 of 5: This one is fun. Did you notice the mopeds at the far right and wish you could ride them?
2 of 5: Well, now you get to. First, though, you need get access to them by smashing the glass doors that protect them.
3 of 5: As soon as you do this, a whole bunch of orange traffic cones appear. You know what to do, don't you?
4 of 5: Get on a moped and smash all the cones. There are ten on this side of the bridge and another six on the other side, so drive over there and get them.
5 of 5: The chest will appear in the empty store front where your ride ends on the other side of the bridge.
