Chest 9 - Story
1 of 4: This one is out in the water at the shipyard, or it will be when it shows up.
2 of 4: You may have noticed some tall red buoys in the water as you were chasing after Kazim. What happens if you hit one?
3 of 4: They go down easily and without damaging your boat, plus "1/10" appears. Oh-ho!
4 of 4: Explore the area to find all ten buoys and take them down. Some of them are far forward at the bottom of your screen. When you get the last one, the chest will appear on the island in the middle of the area.
