1 of 2: Like Chest 6, this one hinges on getting Vogel to blow things up for you. Like those huge oxygen tanks at the back of the scene.
2 of 2: Rebuild them into a fountain that grows flowers and grass. You can smash the plants for some studs, but the pump explodes on its own to reveal the chest.
