How do I open the large gate in the second area?
1 of 7: If you look at the gate, you'll see that there are two mechanisms, one on each side of the gate. Ergo, you need two keys. One is in the area with the fruit and vegetable stands, the other is in a courtyard area to the right of the gate.
2 of 7: To get the key at the left, smash the stuff piled up against the wall under the monkey and rebuild it into a ladder. You'll need to extend the ladder before you can use it, however.
3 of 7: Did you notice that there's a dig spot sparkle at the foot of the ladder? And that monkey has a shovel.
4 of 7: Give the monkey a banana to get the shovel, then use it on the dig spot. Pull the lever to lower the ladder, then climb up and go left to a high ledge to get the key.
5 of 7: Now for the key at the right. You can see it on a high ledge at the right. See that flower sparkle? Looks like it's going to be a job for Marion.
6 of 7: Using the high-jump spot gets you up onto the awning, but there's nowhere to go from there. Now if that cart were a little closer ...
7 of 7: Hey, it's got wheels, doesn't it? Move the cart as far to the left as you can. Marion can now jump up to the awning, over to the cart, and then to the rope. This raises a platform that she can then use to reach the ledge with the key.
