How do I get past these huge rotating columns?
1 of 5: Oh, I do hate these things. Your general goal is to travel right, from the first column to the second column and then to a plateau on the other side.
2 of 5: The easiest way to do this that I've found is to stand as far right as possible, then watch the pattern of handrails on the nearest column. Don't jump for the group of three handrails --
3 of 5: -- instead, wait till the single handrail comes around and grab that one. Ride around, and you should be able to grab the handrail on the second column fairly easily.
4 of 5: Now ride around till you reach the plateau on the other side and jump off. Most of the time your partner will join you without any further action on your part, but sometimes they get stuck and you'll have to toggle back to them and do it all again (sigh).
5 of 5: When you're both on the plateau, stand on the buttons to open the door to the next area.
