Where do I go outside the radio room?
1 of 9: This area is large and complicated. The exit is at the far right of the scene, on a roof you can't currently reach.
2 of 9: The path to that other area is via the huge radio tower on the upper level. If you could knock it over, it would fall to the right and you could use it as a bridge. There's a box of bazookas at the left of the scene, behind the guardpost on the upper level.
3 of 9: This is convoluted, so follow along here. In order to get past the guardpost, you need an officer's hat --
4 of 9: -- but all the officers are in their breakroom, and they won't come out unless the siren on the lower level goes. To blow the siren, you need a key --
5 of 9: -- that's currently being held by the radio operator, the guy with the headphones. So here's the procedure:
6 of 9: Chase the radio operator up the stairs and to the right. When he's down, take the key. (If it disappears when he dies, go back down the stairs and you'll find it there where you first saw the radio operator.)
7 of 9: Drop back down to the lower level and use the key in the mechanism by the siren on the tower. When the officers run out, punch one out and take his hat.
8 of 9: Go to the upper level to the guardpost and knock on the post, then go into the cage at the left. Pull the lever at the back to raise a platform with a box of bazookas. The bazookas respawn, so if you use one up, you can come back and get another.
9 of 9: Go to the upper right (just past the spot where you cornered the radio operator) and blow up the tower. Run across it to the right, where there's another guard post. If you don't have your officer hat anymore, go back down and turn the siren key again to get another officer to come out and take his hat.
