2 of 5: After you leave Jango's room, follow him into the room at the end of the hall. After he leaves, go to the up-screen end of the room, where there are two light fixtures, each with three lit circles.
3 of 5: See the lights on the floor in the same pattern?
4 of 5: Stand on the circle on the floor corresponding to the light on the wall that's lit. That is, if the top circle is lit, stand on the top circle on the floor. (Your partner will do the other light.)
