2 of 5: Canisters look like they did in the podracing chapter, rotating white stars/crosses. Shoot them to pick them up.
3 of 5: They're hard to miss in this two-dimensional environment, so I'm not going to list them. Besides, there are only five in each part.
4 of 5: In the second section, they're almost impossible to miss. You're going in a circle; they're right in front of you. It would really be hard *not* to hit them all.
5 of 5: Just do both parts with your guns blazing the whole time and you pretty much can't miss them.
