2 of 4: In the outside area where you start, go right past the front entrance and shoot a bomb to find a grapple circle.
3 of 4: Grapple up and follow the ledge left.
4 of 4: Hyper-jump up to a ledge under a window (over the main doors) and smash it to get a canister.
