But I don't see a canister in this room!?
1 of 3: You should see two metal targets on one side of the room. Use the bounty hunter's detonator to blow these up, and in turn, get bricks you can build.
2 of 3: Build up both of these bricks into heaters, and shoot both until they turn on.
3 of 3: Skeletons will then be freed from the ice on either side of the heaters. Once you put them back together, you can stand on the green circles in the center of the room. The two skeletons give you the four "people" you need to activate all the circles, and in turn, generate the canister.
