LEGO Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy Hints
I now see the Millennium Falcon behind a forcefield, but how do I get to it?
of 10: You also might notice that there are several control panels around here that require the droids.
of 10: You'll need to take four separate actions to free the Falcon, each one of which causes some more Stormtroopers to come at you, and will also change the red lights on the back wall (just below where Vader and Kenobi are fighting) to green. These aren't really separate distinct puzzles, so I'll just list them in a somewhat arbitrary order in the hints that follow. Keep reading until you find the hints that cover whichever method(s) you haven't used.
of 10: 1) Once you have R2-D2, you can have him use a control panel along the back wall, to the right side of the forcefield that's holding the Falcon. That's all you need to do for the first step.
of 10: 2) There's also another panel for R2-D2 next to a door on the left side of the room.
of 10: He won't open the door, but he does make another little mini-cart appear in the area to the right of the panel.
of 10: You may also notice the 5 red and green lights on the floor in the center of the room, just like you saw earlier this level.
of 10: So have a non-droid hop in the cart and run over all of those lights in a straight line. This one's slightly easier to line up than the earlier cargo room lights, since there's a railing along the back of the lights to keep you straight in one direction. But it may still take you a bit of practice to get all the lights in the same pass.
of 10: 3) Then notice that on the walkway above you on the back wall, just to the left of the Vader-Kenobi fight, is a C-3P0 panel.
of 10: Once you've done all four of the above tasks, the Millennium Falcon should be at the same level as the rest of this room. Fight off the final wave of Stormtroopers, and the door into the Falcon opens. Just walk in to end this chapter.
