How can I get through the gate on the first screen?

  • 1 of 6: If you look up above the gate -- at the far end of this first screen, in case you missed it -- you may notice a control panel on a walkway above.
  • 2 of 6: C-3P0 needs to get up there to open it, but there's no obvious way for him to get there when you first start the level.
  • 3 of 6: Look to the right of the gate, and you may also notice a series of studs angling up in the air.
  • 4 of 6: That's the path that you want C-3P0 to take to get up there.
  • 5 of 6: Look a little ways back from those studs, but in the same general area, and you may see a series of steps that you can use the Force on.
  • 6 of 6: Switch to Obi-Wan and have him Force the bricks over to the left a bit.  This will create a ramp that C-3P0 can walk up.  Once he's on the ledge, he can use the control panel to open the gate.  It may help to try to shoot some of the Stormtroopers before you do this.
