LEGO Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy Hints

I see several doors that are iced over. How can I open them?

  • 1 of 7: By melting the ice.
  • 2 of 7: You'll run across several of these doors, but for each one, the basic idea's the same -- look for something near the door that will melt the ice for you.
  • 3 of 7: In front of the first icy door, you should see a stack of bricks that you can build.  Build them to produce a stack of coils.
  • 4 of 7: Shoot at the coils several times and they will heat up.  After all three coils are lit, the ice will begin to melt, and you can go through the door a few seconds later.
  • 5 of 7: In the second room -- a pub -- you should see a space heater to the left of the door.
  • 6 of 7: And the space heater has the yellow and black stripes indicating that you can move it.
  • 7 of 7: Slide it as close to the door as you can get it, and the ice in front of the door will melt.
