LEGO Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy Hints
There's a door for C-3P0 to open, but where's C-3P0?
1 of 11: He's in a room nearby.
2 of 11: Notice that there's some kind of track running to the left and right of C-3P0's door. The door to the left side of that track is blocked with rocks. The room to the right has some crates in front of it, but you can go ahead and shoot out the crates to enter that room.
3 of 11: Once you enter the room, you should see pieces of a little mine cart on a circular track. The cart won't be complete when you first enter the room, but you can build it with the hopping bricks, and it will start circling around the room.
4 of 11: There's also a red and green wheel in the center of the tracks.
5 of 11: Walk up to the green side and keep pushing. This will move a switch on the tracks, causing the cart to leave the room and eventually blow away the rocks.
6 of 11: You can now go through the door that was blocked by rocks, and you'll find C-3P0 inside there.
7 of 11: Finally, you need to make sure to get rid of the fence that's keeping C-3P0 from reaching the door with his picture on it.
8 of 11: Remember how there was a snowtrooper on a gun turret in front of that door? (There may still be one if you haven't shot him yet.)
9 of 11: That gun turret is how you destroy the fence.
10 of 11: If you haven't done so already, make sure to shoot the trooper on the turret until the turret explodes. Then, go back up to it and re-build it. You can now hop onto the turret yourself.
11 of 11: Once you get on the turret, Snowtroopers will keep coming at you for as long as you're on the turret, so don't try to shoot every last one. Instead, just turn back to that fence as soon as seems safe to do so and shoot it. Then hop off the turret, and have C-3P0 open the door.
