How do I bring down the Death Star once I'm all the way inside?
1 of 9: Your eventual target is that central core in the very middle of the room. But you'll probably notice that it's protected by some kind of forcefield.
2 of 9: And there are also lines on the ground leading from the core out to objects along the outer wall.
3 of 9: Those objects are hidden behind red and gray doors. And those doors will open as soon as you get close to them.
4 of 9: But be careful not to get too close, or else you'll get a little bit of a shock from your targets.
5 of 9: I found that it helps to move as slowly as you can to approach the door, starting from the center of the room and flying in a straight line towards the target. As soon as you see the door start to open, you'll be able to shoot at it. Just don't go so fast that the target shocks you before you can shoot it.
6 of 9: Once the forcefield is down, you'll see that the blue central core is still protected by a series of black rotating physical shields.
7 of 9: But those shields don't line up perfectly, and little gaps appear in them. When you see one of those gaps, take advantage of it and shoot towards the blue core.
8 of 9: After a few good shots on the core, it the blue bit should explode, leaving you a nice purple target in the middle of the core.
9 of 9: The core will conveniently spit out some torpedoes for you to use every once in a while. Just grab one of those and launch it. That will destroy the core, and take you to the final scene.
