What should I pick up?

  • 1 of 13: What a mess! There's garbage all over the place.
  • 2 of 13: And that's all most of it is: garbage. This *is* New York, you know.
  • 3 of 13: Concentrate on the place where the action took place.
  • 4 of 13: Everything of importance is in or on the car. Don't bother with the trash on the street.
  • 5 of 13: There's lots of personal stuff in the car. Look at it all --
  • 6 of 13: -- but there's something significant missing here.
  • 7 of 13: Like the victim's ID.
  • 8 of 13: The other thing you need to collect is outside of the car --
  • 9 of 13: -- or rather, *on* the outside of the car.
  • 10 of 13: It's something you can't really see; the lab will have to process the item to find the evidence.
  • 11 of 13: Where would someone be likely to put their hands if they were getting into the car?
  • 12 of 13: Click on the outside of the passenger side window and add it to your case file.
  • 13 of 13: Then send it to the lab for processing.
