Law & Order II: Double or Nothing Hints

What evidence should I submit?

  • 1 of 18: You'll need four items --
  • 2 of 18: -- and six reports.
  • 3 of 18: The evidence needs to prove Tanner was at the scene of the crime and establish a motive, plus give background about the cause of death.
  • 4 of 18: And don't forget, if a lab or research test was done on an item, you need the test results too.
  • 5 of 18: Cause of death is the autopsy report --
  • 6 of 18: -- plus the bullet fragments taken from the body.
  • 7 of 18: To show Tanner was at the scene of the crime, the boot is out, but you still have fingerprints.
  • 8 of 18: That means the lab test on the car window --
  • 9 of 18: -- and the lab test on the photo you got from the locker.
  • 10 of 18: Motive is more tenuous.
  • 11 of 18: The anonymous note is obvious evidence of someone wanting revenge.
  • 12 of 18: And don't forget, you'll need the check to show the match in handwriting, plus lab tests on both items.
  • 13 of 18: Less obvious is the possible money angle.
  • 14 of 18: To show that, use the research report on Tanner and the answering machine tape.
  • 15 of 18: So the items are:
  • 16 of 18: anonymous note, check, bullet fragments, tape.
  • 17 of 18: And the reports are:
  • 18 of 18: note, check, autopsy, car window, locker photograph, Tanner research.
