When should I go back to trial?
1 of 3: When you have more evidence as to motive, and --
2 of 3: -- when you have the murder weapon and the lab tests on it are back.
3 of 3: When you think you're ready, go into the case file and click on the "Rebuttal Subpoenas" tab. Select the witnesses and evidence you want, then "Go to trial" when you're ready.
