  • 3 of 15: Motive centers around Elena's pregnancy and Mark's money troubles.
  • 4 of 15: You'll need two witnesses, two items, two documents, and four Lab/Research reports.

  • 6 of 15: Toki Yamamato (because she knows Elena knew she was pregnant)
  • 7 of 15: Jesus Gonzalez (because he can show Mark was at the tennis club that morning)
  • 8 of 15: The button (because it was found next to Elena's body)
  • 9 of 15: The jacket (because it's missing a button)
  • 10 of 15: Elena's will (because Mark is the executor, which would get him $250,000)
  • 11 of 15: The car service log (because it verifies Jesus Gonzalez's statement)
  • 12 of 15: The lab test on the hairs (because they were under Elena's fingernails)
  • 13 of 15: The background check on Mark Greenfield (because it talks about how hard up he is for money)
  • 14 of 15: The lab test on the toupee (because the hair matches that found under Elena's fingernails, and it also gave Mark's DNA)
