Law & Order 3: Justice is Served Hints
How do I know when it's time to stop investigating and go back to the trial?
It's not always obvious, admittedly. Follow up on every new clue and unanswered question you have, and be guided by the District Attorney by calling him on your cell phone. When you finish an item and go to a cut-scene of Serena Southerlyn (the Assistant DA) talking to the DA in your office, it's probably time for court.
