Hand of Fate
1 of 6: Look in the City of Yvel. It's hidden away pretty nicely.
2 of 6: There is one set of boards over one of the doors that isn't completely solid.
3 of 6: Look in the SE corner of the city.
4 of 6: In specific, look on your map for the southeastern-most wall that runs from north to south.
5 of 6: There should be one open door on the southern part of the wall and a boarded-up door on the northern half of this wall. That's the boarded door that you want.
6 of 6: Click on the boards a few times with the mouse button to enter.
