How do I operate the teleporters in level 1?
1 of 7: There's really only one place you need them to take you -- to the north. The rooms to the south of the teleports are pretty much useless.
2 of 7: And the teleporter farthest to the north in this room is the one that will take you where you need to go.
3 of 7: Stepping on and off the northern of the two plates will toggle the teleporter on and off.
4 of 7: As does dropping any item on the plate.
5 of 7: Start by standing on the plate and look to the NW corner of this room. Remember that stepping off the plate will toggle the teleporter, so you want to make sure that the teleporter is off when you're on the plate.
6 of 7: If it is currently on, drop something on the plate. That will toggle the teleporter off.
7 of 7: Then step off the plate, and the teleporter returns.
