1 of 4: Think of what cuts crystal.
2 of 4: A diamond will work.
3 of 4: There is one back in a chest in the dungeons. You'll have to pick open the lock to that chest if you don't already have the diamond.
4 of 4: Then just use the diamond on the crystal ball.
