How can I use Vaelen's Cube?
1 of 6: The first trick here is to try using it without equipping it. Just click it on your character's portrait via the right mouse button (at least on the PC version).
2 of 6: This trick doesn't work on all versions of the game, but if you're allowed to use the cube this way, it will replicate itself every time you use it when it's needed (i.e., in the ways described below).
3 of 6: Vaelen's Cube can be used to dispell magic in several places in the game. Those are related to specific puzzles, and are explained later in the file.
4 of 6: But the cube is also useful for restoring your magic points.
5 of 6: And for attacking the undead creatures you'll encounter later.
6 of 6: The cube alternates between these last two functions every time you use it. You should see it change color to let you know what its current function is.
