What should I do with a chest that I don't have a key to?
1 of 8: You may want to wait a bit to see if you find a key later on.
2 of 8: But most chests don't have keys. You'll have to force your way in.
3 of 8: A good rogue can pick his way in.
4 of 8: You can find lockpicks in the Thug's Hideout near Northland Forest.
5 of 8: There are several good ways to improve your rogue skill. One is practice, either by picking locks, or more importantly, by fighting with bow and arrow.
6 of 8: The other is a "jade necklace", available later in the game. One is in a chest in the Upper Opinwood forest, and the other is in a room on level 1 of the White Tower.
7 of 8: Or, if all else fails, use brute force.
8 of 8: Just smash the chest in with a good weapon (like a sledge). This doesn't work all the time, but it does work on many chests.
