How can I get through the fire plates in the E branch?
1 of 3: As far as I know, there is no certain way to avoid damage. You can weight some plates to save you, but there doesn't appear to be any way to come through unharmed.
2 of 3: So just cast heal spells and/or rest whenever you're in a safe spot.
3 of 3: Yes, you will need the fireball wand at the end of this area.
