Ride an ice barge.
1 of 6: Notice the ice floating on the river in the canyon below the avalanche area?
2 of 6: You can ride that.
3 of 6: There will be a cave along one side of the canyon that you can reach from this barge. (You won't be able to walk there.)
4 of 6: You can find a few minor items here.
5 of 6: The tripod is also hiding something else.
6 of 6: Attack it with a spark spell to reveal some obsidian chain mail.
