Raise a hidden building.
1 of 7: Start by finding a two-headed cat in a room near a lake.
2 of 7: There is a lizard-sized passage just next to the cat. You can either fight the cat or just morph to your lizard form and sneak past him.
3 of 7: There's another one of those globes just through that passageway.
4 of 7: Cast a spark spell on it.
5 of 7: This will raise a building from the lake.
6 of 7: You can then get the Axe "Blizzard" from the roof of that building once you're close enough.
