How do I kill all of these Ruloi?
1 of 6: First, you need to keep them from being regenerated.
2 of 6: Look in the Egg Chamber, just next to the entrance to the Citadel.
3 of 6: And look at all of those eggs.
4 of 6: Attack the eggs with a level 3 or 4 spark spell or a ranged weapon. Once all of the eggs are gone, the Ruloi will no longer regenerate.
5 of 6: The main trick I've found to surviving the Ruloi is to avoid the purple columns they plant on the ground. Those are _very_ deadly. Just be careful where you walk, and you should be fine. Their other attacks aren't nearly so bad.
6 of 6: They are also very suspectible to close-combat attacks. A single hit with a good weapon or two hits from the beast will kill them. The beast can survive more attacks, but Luther in his human form can cast heal spells to repair a lot of the damage. It's really up to you to decide which option you like better.
