There's an orc who says he has something for me, but he dies.
1 of 3: As far as I know, there's nothing you can do here.
2 of 3: If the orc is correct, you'll probably find the present in the course of the game.
3 of 3: My best guess is that's he's talking about the ancient magic stone that's in the adjacent room.
