1 of 4: Make sure you have covered all topics with the blacksmith. Click on him twice until another man, Isaac, appears.
2 of 4: Talk to Isaac. Between the two of them, you will find out Qamar's location.
3 of 4: To progress any further, help the blacksmith complete the task Isaac has given him.
