The Legend of the Prophet and the Assassin Hints

Where do the tiles go?

  • 1 of 13: A diagram of all the animals is in the room. It's just hidden.
  • 2 of 13: Click on the bowl of coconuts, which will disappear and expose the bottom of an engraved bowl.
  • 3 of 13: Follow the example on the bowl to show you where to place the tiles.
  • 4 of 13: Also notice the obvious markings for future reference. The cat, for instance, has a prominent mark near it. So does the donkey.
  • 5 of 13: Return to the table and place the frame on it. Insert the tiles in the order you found them on the bowl.
  • 6 of 13: The drawings on the bowl are not exactly identical to the tiles, but they are pretty close for the most part. Some are indistinct on the bowl, however, so you'll need to make a good guess.
  • 7 of 13: When you have it right, you will be able to leave the table with the completed frame with the pieces inserted in your inventory.
  • 8 of 13: To get you started, find the cat's marking. It appears at the top to the left of the 12-o'clock position.
  • 9 of 13: The legs of the donkey constellation on the dial are at the 5-o'clock position.
  • 10 of 13: Starting with the cat at the topmost left spot and going clockwise, insert the cat, boar, stag, and hare.
  • 11 of 13: Move on with the knights, donkey, mermaid, and dragon.
  • 12 of 13: You may be able to figure out the rest yourself, but if you are still having trouble, see the next hint for the final 4. Or, refer to my Graphic Illustration of the Star Map.
  • 13 of 13: After the dragon, still going clockwise, insert the peacock, the hawks, the stork, and finally the sheatfish.
