How can I balance the scales?
1 of 11: Move the correct amount of weight from the left dish to the right so that they are equally balanced.
2 of 11: The numbers on the weights are a bit hard to read. One of the 8's is actually an 18.
3 of 11: In the beginning, the left dish contains one of each of these: 1, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, and 18. Plus there are two 10 pound weights.
4 of 11: Add them all up.
5 of 11: There is a total of 72 pounds to work with.
6 of 11: To balance the trays equally, move half of the total weight to the right side.
7 of 11: 72 divided by 2 equals ..
8 of 11: 36
9 of 11: This is elementary mathematics. You should be able to figure out what to move on your own. The complete answer is in the next hint.
10 of 11: Move these to the right tray: Both of the 10s, the 9, and the 7.
11 of 11: Be sure and pick up the contents of the small drawer that opens before exiting the view.
