What can be done with the brooch?

  • 1 of 18: Take a look at it in inventory.
  • 2 of 18: It is so very tiny.
  • 3 of 18: Magnify it to get a closer view.
  • 4 of 18: Find a magnifying glass.
  • 5 of 18: When you magnify it completely, a new screen appears showing 5 numbered buttons. Some words are spoken, giving you clues which ones to push.
  • 6 of 18: Let's pull apart the clues. The first part refers to the buttons on the left side. The clue was: "Look at it with your mind's eye and your real eye."
  • 7 of 18: What is your "mind's eye"?
  • 8 of 18: Peripheral vision?
  • 9 of 18: The "mind's eye" is a phrase usually referring to the left eye.
  • 10 of 18: Choose the leftmost button -- the one numbered 1.
  • 11 of 18: What is your "real eye"?
  • 12 of 18: You only have two eyes.
  • 13 of 18: Select the 2 button.
  • 14 of 18: The next clue refers to the right side's 2 buttons. It was: "Flatter it with your strongest hand and you will understand."
  • 15 of 18: Which hand is Ay-Sayf's strongest?
  • 16 of 18: During the battle with Uvak Khan, in which hand did he hold his sword?
  • 17 of 18: He used his sword in his right hand.
  • 18 of 18: Click the pin on the rightmost button -- the one numbered 5.
